Comfortable spot for a couple of nights with friendly staff at the front desk. They had a nice selection of breakfast options well set up and ready to grab 🍳.

Unbeatable location, close to a zoo and restaurants. Easy check-in and late check-out, very amiable staff. Contemporary ambience. The rooms with a "disabled " bathroom: )

LAGE sgt, Nähe UdK und Savigny Platz bzw ÖPNV.Saubere Zimmer,leider kaum Möglichkeiten um z.B einen Anzug aufzuhängen....

S Bahngleise direkt am Fenster vorbeiführend,daher etwas laut spät abends, aber es war gerade noch erträglich .....ruhiges Zi war eigentlich bevorzugt, Danke

Stayed in a basic double room with a terrace, a kettle, and air conditioning. 🌿

Excellent hotel and suitable location close to both U-bahn and S-bahn, interesting architecture compatible with surrounding buildings. Rooms equipped in accordance with all standards (comfortable beds). Friendly and helpful hotel staff....  

Really good location right near the Zoo Station. Room was big, clean and things you don't find too often in European hotels; kettle, iron etc. tv had a number of English speaking channels such as bbc World and cnn,...  

We enjoyed our comfortable queen room and liked the view of the train tracks from the windows.

Best value for maney ever. Perfect 5 star standard, fantastic breakfast, amazing staff. Made my Berlin-stay a true joy. Close to K-damm and the train. Will not consider staying anywhere else in Berlin....

The queen room is airy and soundproof, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast is savoury and plentiful, with a central location only about a 15-minute walk from the Helmut Newton Foundation.

Very little to fault. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff deserves special mention. We arranged a family party in one of the function rooms. The help we got was exemplary. The buffet food was superb.

2 very small niggles. There is no storage space for clothes except hanging space - we ended living out of our suitcases. Bigger shower towels would be nice.

It was centrally located, where a known zoo is easily reachable.

The staff here is extremely friendly, particularly at the front desk, the queen room has a comfortable bed, balcony, iron.

Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is close to all transport services. We would recommend the hotel to anyone.
